概要
This live attenuated combination vaccine can cause disseminated vaccine-strain infection, including varicella, in patients on immunosuppressive doses of prednisolone. The immune response is also reduced.

Glucocorticoid immunosuppression impairs control of live attenuated virus replication and blunts the immune response.
