Resumo
Ritonavir strongly inhibits CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, major routes of flecainide metabolism. Flecainide concentrations can rise, causing proarrhythmia, QRS widening and conduction disturbances. Labeling lists flecainide as contraindicated.
