- Serious hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis have been reported (urticaria, dyspnea, cyanosis, hypotonia); initiate appropriate treatment if they occur.
- Give with caution to infants and children with thrombocytopenia, any coagulation disorder, or on anticoagulation therapy.
