作用方式
Inhibits viral replication of three subtypes of influenza A (H1N1, H2N2, H3N2) early in the viral replicative cycle. Has no activity against influenza B virus.

- Unknown No adequate human data. In rats it increased fetal loss only at doses toxic to the mother; one rabbit study showed a rib-count change, not seen when repeated. Rarely used now, as influenza strains are resistant; oseltamivir is the preferred antiviral in pregnancy.

- Unknown No information on use while breastfeeding. It is concentrated in rat milk, and US label says not to give it to nursing mothers because of adverse effects in nursing rat pups. LactMed: no data. Prefer oseltamivir.
