作用方式
Zanamivir is an antiviral drug with activity against influenza virus; it is an influenza virus neuraminidase inhibitor.
成人常用劑量（仿單摘要）
Treatment of influenza (adults): 10 mg by oral inhalation twice daily (about 12 hours apart) for 5 days; give two doses on day 1 if possible, at least 2 hours apart.

- Unknown Inhaled, with low blood levels. Register data (1,560 exposures, 321 in the 1st trimester) and small studies show no rise in birth defects or other harm; none in animals. Flu is dangerous in pregnancy: CDC prefers oral oseltamivir. UK label: preferably avoid unless benefit clearly outweighs risk.

- Safe No human milk data. Inhaled with low blood levels and poorly absorbed by mouth; estimated infant dose under 1% of a child's dose (LactMed). Postmarketing reports show no infant concern. EU label: decide whether to stop breastfeeding or the drug.

- History of allergic reaction to any ingredient of RELENZA, including milk proteins.
哪些人需要特別留意
- Bronchospasm: serious, sometimes fatal cases have occurred. Not recommended in underlying airways disease such as asthma or COPD. Discontinue if bronchospasm or decline in respiratory function develops.
- Allergic reactions, including oropharyngeal edema, serious skin rashes and anaphylaxis, have been reported. Stop the drug and treat if suspected.
- Neuropsychiatric events (delirium, abnormal behavior) have been reported, mainly in pediatric patients with influenza. Monitor for abnormal behavior.
