What this interaction means in plain words
Amoxapine and Sumatriptan can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.
Why it happens

What to do
Counsel the patient on symptoms of serotonin syndrome and monitor, particularly after starting or raising either dose. Stop both drugs and give supportive care if symptoms develop.
