Summary
Repaglinide is an OATP1B1 substrate and weak inhibitor, so it could modestly raise statin levels. Fluvastatin is mainly cleared by CYP2C9 and is much less dependent on OATP1B1 than other statins, so clinically relevant myopathy is unlikely.
