- Unsafe A supplement whose main active (monacolin K) is chemically identical to lovastatin. Statins are not recommended in pregnancy (EU labels contraindicate them; FDA advises stopping in most patients), and it has no benefit in pregnancy. Avoid; stop when pregnancy is planned or confirmed.

- Unsafe No data on milk levels; no LactMed record. It acts like lovastatin, which LactMed says should not be used while breastfeeding (infant lipid metabolism), and supplements vary in content. Avoid while breastfeeding.
