Résumé
Both agents can impair cardiac function, and bevacizumab may add to anthracycline-related heart failure and left ventricular dysfunction. Bevacizumab also causes hypertension, which adds to cardiac strain. The risk is greater with higher cumulative anthracycline doses or prior cardiac disease.
