Résumé
Letermovir can raise ergotamine exposure by inhibiting its CYP3A-mediated clearance. Higher ergotamine levels increase the risk of ergotism, with severe peripheral vasospasm and tissue ischemia.

Ergotamine and Letermovir are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
