Résumé
Indinavir is a CYP3A4 inhibitor that raises salmeterol concentrations, which may cause QT prolongation, palpitations and arrhythmias. Fluticasone exposure can also increase, leading to systemic corticosteroid effects.

Fluticasone-salmeterol and Indinavir are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
