Résumé
Rozanolixizumab blocks the neonatal Fc receptor, which normally recycles IgG molecules and prolongs their half-life. Golimumab is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody, so its clearance could increase and exposure and efficacy fall.
Ce que signifie cette interaction, en termes simples
Golimumab and Rozanolixizumab can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.
Golimumab belongs to Musculoskeletal; Rozanolixizumab belongs to Miscellaneous.
Pourquoi elle survient
FcRn blockade by rozanolixizumab increases catabolism of IgG-based drugs such as golimumab.
Conduite à tenir
Monitor for loss of golimumab efficacy during and after rozanolixizumab cycles. If disease control worsens, consider alternative therapy or timing doses away from rozanolixizumab treatment.
