Alkalmazási terület

Hogyan hat

Cosibelimab-ipdl binds PD-L1 and blocks its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors, releasing the inhibitory effect of PD-L1 on the anti-tumor immune response. It also induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) in vitro.

Szokásos felnőttadag (alkalmazási előírás szerinti összefoglaló)

Metastatic or locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma not amenable to curative surgery or radiation: 1,200 mg IV infusion over 60 minutes every 3 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Csak az első adagolási sor összefoglalója az alkalmazási előírás alapján; a teljes adagolási szakaszok az alkalmazásban találhatók.

Terhesség és szoptatás

Terhesség
Unsafe Can cause fetal harm: PD-L1 blockade can disrupt immune tolerance to the fetus, and the antibody can cross the placenta. Check pregnancy status; use effective contraception during treatment and for 4 months after the last dose.
Szoptatás
Unsafe No data on milk levels. Because of possible serious reactions in the infant, do not breastfeed during treatment and for 4 months after the last dose.
