Terhesség és szoptatás

Terhesség
Unknown No human data. No embryo-fetal toxicity in mice at about 1.9 times human exposure, though it crossed the placenta. Labels: give only if the benefit outweighs the potential risk. It is given with fluoropyrimidine and platinum chemotherapy, which can harm the fetus.
Szoptatás
Unsafe No milk data; as a large antibody little is expected in milk (LactMed). Because of possible serious reactions in the infant, US label: do not breastfeed during treatment and for 8 months after the last dose; EU label: breastfeeding not recommended during treatment.
