Sintesi
Selegiline is a MAO-B inhibitor that loses selectivity at higher doses and, together with a tricyclic-type antidepressant such as amoxapine, can precipitate serotonin syndrome or hypertensive reactions. Labeling for both drug classes advises against concurrent use.
