Sintesi
Artesunate is converted to dihydroartemisinin (DHA), which is cleared by glucuronidation through UGT1A9 and UGT2B7. Eltrombopag inhibits UGT enzymes in vitro, so DHA exposure could rise, with possible increased adverse effects.
