Strong beta1 and weak beta2/alpha effects, resulting in increased cardiac output, blood pressure, and heart rate, as well as decreased peripheral vascular resistance

妊娠: Unknown Limited human data; animal studies showed no harm. Used short-term in pregnancy for heart failure or shock when needed, as the mother's condition comes first.
授乳: Safe No milk data. It is poorly absorbed by mouth and very short-acting, so any amount in milk is unlikely to affect the infant (LactMed).
