妊娠と授乳

妊娠
Unsafe Fluoroquinolone. EU national labels (e.g. Romania) contraindicate it in pregnancy because of possible cartilage damage, seen in young animals; human data for the class show no clear rise in birth defects. Avoid unless no safer alternative; inadvertent use is not a reason to end a pregnancy.
授乳
Unknown No human milk data; no LactMed or e-lactancia record. EU national labels (e.g. Romania) contraindicate it while breastfeeding (possible cartilage damage). LactMed accepts ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin with infant monitoring; prefer one of them or a non-quinolone.
