妊娠と授乳

妊娠
Safe Vitamin D (D2 or D3) is recommended in pregnancy at usual daily doses (400 to 800 IU, 10 to 20 mcg; total intake up to 4,000 IU daily). Higher or loading doses only to treat confirmed deficiency under supervision; chronic overdose can cause high calcium in mother and baby.
授乳
Safe A normal milk component. LactMed: maternal doses of 400 to 2,000 IU daily do not give the infant enough vitamin D, so breastfed infants need 400 IU daily drops; maternal doses of 4,000 IU daily or more may raise milk levels enough to cover the infant.
