概要
Avapritinib is a CYP3A4 substrate, and imatinib is a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor. Avapritinib exposure may increase, raising risks of cognitive effects, intracranial hemorrhage and edema. Both are kinase inhibitors, and imatinib is also used in GIST, where combination is not typical.
