概要
Ganciclovir is cleared by the kidney and needs dose adjustment when renal function falls. Systemic bacitracin is nephrotoxic, and its use can reduce ganciclovir clearance and raise exposure to ganciclovir's marrow toxicity, while adding to renal injury.
