概要
Capreomycin and aminoglycosides such as tobramycin are both nephrotoxic, ototoxic and may cause neuromuscular blockade. Combined use raises the risk of renal impairment, hearing loss and vestibular damage. Systemic exposure from ophthalmic tobramycin is low, but risk increases with systemic use.
