概要
Posaconazole can substantially increase systemic dihydroergotamine levels after intranasal dosing. This raises the risk of serious vasospastic ischemia of the extremities and central nervous system.

Posaconazole strongly inhibits CYP3A4-mediated clearance of dihydroergotamine.
