Nevirapine may markedly lower elbasvir and grazoprevir concentrations, risking failure of hepatitis C therapy and resistance.

Elbasvir / grazoprevir and Nevirapine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Nevirapine induces CYP3A4 and may also affect P-glycoprotein, reducing exposure of both agents.
