概要
Both azoles prolong the QT interval, and combined use increases the risk of torsades de pointes. Fluconazole also inhibits CYP3A4, which may increase levoketoconazole exposure.
この相互作用をわかりやすく説明すると
Fluconazole and Levoketoconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

なぜ起こるのか
Additive QT prolongation, with possible metabolic inhibition raising levoketoconazole levels.
対処法
Avoid the combination; use only one azole at a time. Monitor ECG and liver function if levoketoconazole is continued.
