概要
Both drugs prolong the QT interval, and fluconazole may also reduce dofetilide elimination, raising its levels. This markedly increases the risk of torsades de pointes and fatal ventricular arrhythmia.

Dofetilide and Fluconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Additive QT prolongation, with possible fluconazole-related increase in dofetilide exposure via CYP3A4 and renal transport inhibition.
