概要
Meloxicam and intranasal ketorolac together duplicate NSAID effects and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, renal impairment and cardiovascular events. The systemically absorbed ketorolac carries a label restriction against other NSAIDs.

Ketorolac intranasal and Meloxicam are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Additive cyclooxygenase inhibition producing additive gastrointestinal, renal, platelet and cardiovascular toxicity.

Do not use together; choose one NSAID. Use paracetamol or another non-NSAID if more analgesia is needed.
