概要
Vardenafil potentiates the hypotensive effect of rectal nitroglycerin. The combination can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure.

Nitroglycerin rectal and Vardenafil are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Additive cGMP-mediated vasodilation from nitrate-derived nitric oxide and PDE5 inhibition.
対処法
Avoid combination; separate by at least 24 hours. Use non-nitrate therapy if treatment is needed soon after vardenafil.
