Como funciona
Recombinant human granulocyte growth factor that binds G-CSF receptors on myeloid progenitor cells and neutrophils, triggering signaling that controls differentiation, proliferation, migration and survival.
Dose habitual em adultos (resumo da bula)
Decrease incidence of febrile neutropenia in non-myeloid malignancies on myelosuppressive chemotherapy: 13.2 mg, subcutaneous, once per chemotherapy cycle, approximately 24 hours after cytotoxic chemotherapy; do not give from 14 days before to 24 hours after chemotherapy

- History of serious allergic reactions to eflapegrastim, pegfilgrastim, or filgrastim products (may include anaphylaxis).

- Splenic rupture, including fatal cases; evaluate for enlarged spleen if left upper abdominal or shoulder pain.
- ARDS: evaluate patients with fever, lung infiltrates or respiratory distress; discontinue if ARDS.
- Serious allergic reactions including anaphylaxis: permanently discontinue.
