Resumo
Amiodarone can cause bradycardia and AV block, and combined with timolol the risk of severe bradycardia, conduction disturbance or cardiac arrest increases. Amiodarone may also raise timolol levels through CYP2D6 inhibition, including with ophthalmic timolol.
