Resumo
Canagliflozin causes osmotic diuresis and can add to the volume depletion and blood pressure lowering of an ARB and thiazide, with a risk of hypotension and acute kidney injury. Canagliflozin may also modestly increase potassium in some patients, especially with an ARB and renal impairment.
