Resumo
Cyclosporine inhibits P-glycoprotein and CYP3A4 and has been reported to increase doxorubicin exposure and toxicity, including myelosuppression. Cases of severe neutropenia and neurotoxicity have been reported with the combination of anthracyclines and cyclosporine. Additive immunosuppression further raises infection risk.
