Resumo
Live measles vaccine can cause progressive or disseminated measles infection in patients immunosuppressed by lomustine. Vaccine response may also be inadequate.

Lomustine and Measles vaccine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Cytotoxic immunosuppression impairs control of live vaccine virus replication and reduces the immune response.
