Кратко
Tadalafil potentiates the hypotensive effect of nitrates and the combination can cause severe, potentially fatal hypotension, syncope or myocardial ischaemia. Because of tadalafil's long half-life, the risk persists for a prolonged period after a dose. Use is contraindicated in labeling.
