摘要

Atazanavir inhibits CYP3A4, especially when boosted, and can raise dronedarone levels. Atazanavir also prolongs PR and QT intervals, increasing the risk of conduction block and arrhythmia.

Atazanavir and Dronedarone are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
