摘要
This live attenuated combination vaccine may cause disseminated infection in patients immunosuppressed by azathioprine. Immune response may also be inadequate.

Azathioprine and Measles mumps and rubella vaccine live are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Azathioprine impairs cellular immunity, allowing replication of live attenuated viruses.
處置方式
Do not give during azathioprine therapy; vaccinate at least four weeks before starting if possible. Check immunity by serology and use immunoglobulin after exposure.
