摘要
The live attenuated MMR viruses may replicate excessively in patients immunosuppressed by deflazacort, risking vaccine-strain disease. The immune response may also be reduced.

Deflazacort and Measles mumps and rubella vaccine live are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Glucocorticoid immunosuppression impairs control of live attenuated viruses and reduces vaccine immunogenicity.
處置方式
Avoid during immunosuppressive corticosteroid therapy; give at least four weeks before starting steroids or after stopping for the interval in labeling. Check immunity and consider immunoglobulin after exposure.
