Summary
Sotorasib is a P-gp inhibitor that raises exposure of P-gp substrates, such as digoxin. MMAE from brentuximab vedotin is a P-gp substrate, so its exposure could increase and lead to more neutropenia and neuropathy. The legacy direction of a decrease is not mechanistically supported.
