Summary
Lofepramine is a tricyclic antidepressant with weaker anticholinergic effects than many tricyclics, but it can still add to the antimuscarinic effects of ipratropium. Dry mouth, constipation and urinary retention are the most likely effects, and the impact of inhaled ipratropium is small.
