What this interaction means in plain words
Prabotulinumtoxina and Solifenacin can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.
Why it happens
Additive anticholinergic effects of an antimuscarinic with the neuromuscular and autonomic cholinergic blockade produced by botulinum toxin.
What to do
Monitor for excessive muscle weakness, swallowing or breathing difficulty and systemic anticholinergic effects after injection. Reduce or stop solifenacin if anticholinergic symptoms become troublesome.
