Summary
Supraphysiologic glucocorticoid exposure can reduce the growth-promoting effect of somatrogon. Growth hormone analogs also inhibit 11-beta-HSD1, which can reduce activation of prednisone and lead to under-replacement in adrenal insufficiency.
