Pourquoi elle survient

Additive pharmacodynamic immunosuppression through lymphocyte sequestration (etrasimod) and T-cell depletion (anti-thymocyte globulin).

Conduite à tenir

Avoid combining the two where possible, and allow a sufficient interval after anti-thymocyte globulin before starting etrasimod. If given together, monitor closely for infection and check lymphocyte counts.
