Résumé

Mifepristone is an antiglucocorticoid, and its labelling for abortion contraindicates long-term corticosteroid therapy because glucocorticoid replacement may be rendered ineffective. Adrenal crisis is a concern in patients taking fludrocortisone with glucocorticoid replacement.
