Résumé
Both drugs block integrin-mediated lymphocyte trafficking, natalizumab broadly including the CNS and vedolizumab selectively in the gut. Combined use may raise the risk of PML and other infections.

Natalizumab and Vedolizumab are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
