Come agisce

Retifanlimab is an IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds PD-1 and blocks its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, potentiating T-cell activity.

Squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal: 500 mg IV infusion over 30 minutes every 4 weeks with carboplatin and paclitaxel for 6 cycles, then 500 mg monotherapy every 4 weeks; continue until progression or unacceptable toxicity, up to 1 year
