Sintesi
Nilotinib carries a boxed warning for QT prolongation and sudden death, and amiodarone also prolongs QT. Amiodarone is a CYP3A4 substrate, and nilotinib inhibits CYP3A4, which may raise amiodarone levels and further increase risk.
