Sintesi
Cyclosporine inhibits hepatic uptake and CYP3A4 metabolism of bosentan, raising bosentan concentrations several-fold, while bosentan in turn lowers cyclosporine levels. Hepatotoxicity risk rises and immunosuppression may be lost.
