Sintesi
Griseofulvin has been associated with breakthrough bleeding, menstrual irregularities and reduced reliability of combined hormonal contraceptives. This may result in unintended pregnancy. Griseofulvin is also teratogenic, which heightens the importance of reliable contraception.
