Sintesi
The intranasal influenza vaccine contains live attenuated virus, which could cause vaccine-strain infection in a patient with siponimod-induced lymphopenia. Immune suppression also makes the vaccine response unreliable. Live vaccines should not be given during siponimod therapy.
