Sintesi
Tranexamic acid is antifibrinolytic and oral tretinoin used for acute promyelocytic leukaemia is associated with thrombotic events. Together they may add to the risk of thrombosis, and some labeling advises caution. The concern is chiefly with systemic tretinoin.
